Pakistan National Centre, Town Hall has been established in 1974 with cooperation of Federal Government in the centre of Jinnah Garden. Once there has been Gilus Library and spacious Town Hall which was constructed in 1958. Unfortunately this building has been scaled after the martyrdom of Benazir Bhutto by his broken hearted mourners. Only front of the building escaped from the ashes to memorize its splendid. The foundation of this building was laid by H.E. Ghulam Muhammad then Governor General Pakistan on 9th day of January 1954. At that time renowned advocate, politician, writer and senior citizen of Larkana Mr. Abdul Ghafoor Bhurgri was the president of Larkana Municipal Committee. Kazi Fazlullah Hall is part of this building whereas its opening ceremony was performed on 23-5-1958 by Malak Firoz Khan Noon, then Prime Minister of Pakistan.
