D.C School Larkana is located on western brink of Ghar wah which is now empire road near municipal corporation office which offered the classes of Primary, Middle, and Matriculation. Before partition this building had been serving as Hamid Ali Maternity home which later on converted in Ladies Municipal Hospital which has been inaugurated by Liaquat Ali Khan and Raena Liaquat in 1950. Chandka Medical College was also established in this building on Friday 20th April 1973 when this building was serving as Government Polytechnic Institute & D.C. High School Larkana. When the present building of Chandka Medical College was constructed then this building has again been given the status of D.C. High school.
