Located on Royal Chowk the chronological building of big Shiwalo is central spot of all sections of Hindu religion which has been established since Hindu period which has been established since Hindu period. Old name of this Shiwalo was Mata Mandal. On the tiled net of left entrance is written Ekuoon kar which means He (God/Creator) is the one. The prime aim of the establishment of Big Shiwalo is that there must be place where every believer of any division concerned Hindu religion is welcomed and can avail all facilities, amenities, services and conveniences either social gathering like, lodging, worshipping, social gathering, religious rituals etc. and they does not feel any upsetting or hopelessness. There is embossed depiction of Kali Mata on left wall of Shiwalo which is believed to be among biggest illustration of her in Hind Sindh.
