Khwaja Muhammad Abdul Ghaffar Fazali is known as Pir Mithal or Pir Zakari. Ancestral parish of Pir Mitha was Langer Sharif in District Muzafargarh. He acquired spiritual education from Uch Sharif and to broaden his Islamic vision he traveled far and wide and subsequently established in an isolated part of Larkana city. After his homing the surroundings became colonized within few years and he named this cluster of houses as Rehmatpur.
He also constructed nearby a beautiful and eye-catching Mosque where the Imam is Molana Syed Muhammad Shah who has been serving this pure task since last fifteen years. Pir Mitha died on 8th Shaiban 1964/60 and buried close to the Mosque. A remarkable tomb was built by his followers in 1975. On 8th and 9th Shaiban the Urs has been celebrated every.
