The old irrigation bungalow, presently housing Circuit House Sukkur, just opposite the Lab e Mehran, is an official residence of the visiting guests of the district. It was built as a part of the scheme of Sukkur Barrage, meant for providing official residence to the officers of the department.

However, with the passage of time the district administration acquired the control of this building and converted into Circuit House. To accommodate more visitors, a new block added to Circuit House few years ago. It is recently renovated by the efforts of District Administration.
