Baba Khushi Ram Darbar, Sukkur

Situated near the old National Highway, Baba Shri Chandar Baba Khushi Ram Mandir (temple) is believed to be the oldest Hindu worship place of the town. According to tLeela Ram Talraija, the Shevadari of Darbar don't have idea about the exact year of construction of this temple, however, he claims that it is not less then four century old. The fact needed to be verified. Its major part of old infrastructure has been demolished and rebuilt. Temple's large area has been illegally occupied and encroached by the local population living around it. The Gadesar of Darbar Saeen Dr. Ganga Das lives in India and visits off and on. As opposed to the 'Udaseen' tradition, the Gadesar of Darbar is a married fellow. It is said that he was already married when the responsibility of Gadesar fell upon his shoulders.

Rohri town is dotted with as many as eight more temples such Baba Wassan Ram (near Municipality), Mata Mandir (near Wassan Ram), Sunder Das Darbar (near Fish Market), Kishan Das Darbar (Shahi Bazar), Mangal Das Darbar (Rizwani Muhallah), Massan Darbar (on Massan Road) and Paroo Shah's Devri (in Takkar Muhallah).
