The Dargah of Syed Jamal Shah near Ranipur Toll Plaza on the National Highway, is an old building with baked brick masonry. The year of its construction is not known nor its Mujawar, Pinial Faqir Shahani has any knowledge about the Dargah. However, he claims that the surroundings of the Dargah is a historical one and at the time of construction of national highway during Ayoob Khan period a lot of shreds of earthen pottery wares, artifacts and even the human skeletons were recovered.
The old mausoleum was demolished by the villagers and was reconstructed in 2000. However, the ancient mosque besides the shrine of Jamal Shah is intact and is no more in use. If no proper attention was given to this isolated monument than it is likely that it may also meet the same fate like the other monuments of its age and condition.
