Dargah Bachal Shah Bukhari is situated on the bank of the Sathio Canal in Kotlo, Taluka Kot Diji, Khairpur. Grave of the saint bears no tomb stone nor did the local residents have any knowledge about this Dargah. However, the size or the shape of the building provide ample evidence about its being old. The village of Kotlo is predominated by the clans such as Kalhoras, Syeds etc.
