Baba Gharibdas Temple in Ghouspur town is not only the oldest Hindu worship place of the town but it is also regarded and ranked as most prestigious worship place in the whole district with large number of following in and out side the country. This is believed to be about 200 years old Hindu worship place. Most of its ancient portions have been replaced with modern construction. An old well in the premises of this temple serve the pilgrims observing rituals. Dada Hikmat Rai is the shewadari of this temple.
The interior walls of the temple are decorated with the portraits of prominent followers of this temple, who are no more in this world now. The temple houses two Samadhis of religious leaders of their times namely Baba GharibDas (born on 1931 at Gharhi Tegho and died in 1975 at Jalgan, India) and Baba Gurdas Ram. On every 1st of May annual mela is observed here.
