It was established as Tolaram Girls School by the Baiband Vidya Mandal and is situated at the end of Mian Fakir Jo Pirr. The campus houses a galaxy of other educational institutions such as Sindh Commerce College, Jinnah Law College, Government Saith Kamaldin High School, which run in two shifts.

The institution was created through donations of varied philanthropists, as visible from the memorial stones affixed on the top of class rooms or the halls constructed by them in the memory of their near and dears.
