The Imam Bargah Aliabad, situated in Tando Agha, was built in 1863 by Mirza Fateh Ali Baig, son of Mirza Murad Ali Baig.
It houses an ancient and perhaps the first ever Tazia, prepared during the reign of the founder of Talpur dynasty in Sindh. After the fall of Talpur rule, this precious religious relic was gifted to Mirza Fateh Ali Baig by one of the deposed rulers in 1863. It is said that Tazia has undergone repair and restoration works on number of times. Due to its fragility, its annual mobility during the month of Muharram has been restricted and is open for public display in the Imam Barga. Prof. Dr. Imam Ali Mirza and his family is the custodian of this Imam Bargah.
