Regulator on Akram Wah on way to Tando Bago via Shrine of Pir Tajuddin (4 kms off Tando Bago), is an irrigational source for the talukas of Talhar and Tando Bago. Two distributaries originate from this Regulator: Hamra Shakh (irrigating the villages like Haji Arbab, Achar Katiar, Josuf Bhan, Iliyas Bhan, Ramzan, Urs Mallah, Kotrri etc) and Lined Channel (irrigating the villages like Kazia, Sunhee Gunni, Kadhan, Scab, Ali Wah etc).

A rest house built in 1931 also stand here in good condition. Though it is no more in use however, it has somehow been maintained by the concerned department. It has perforated wooden doors and windows.
