The premises presently housing the offices of Sub-Registrar behind the ATC Court and opposite Law College was once a technical training center during the World War-ll period. Then institution offered skilled oriented courses to the students such as spinning, woodwork, plumbing etc. Later on, this was converted into the office of Sub Registrar. Most of its premises have been encroached by the unauthorized occupants, while its front elevation has been covered due to unnecessary new construction. It was built during the reign of Mir Faiz Muhammad Khan Talpur in 1898 with the estimated cost of Rs. 22382.
