The Mukhtiarkar Office in Kashmore was built in 1902. It is situated in the heart of the town. In the wake of uncontrolled trend of encroachment and unauthorized occupations, the century old building has lost its major portion and presently it comprised over a single room. Despite, reported complains and subsequently constitution of an enquiry committees by the high ups of the department so far no culprit responsible for encroachment has been pointed out or apprehended.

Besides this building, there exists Judicial Lockup, presumably built during the same period.
