Jhami Bai Hirasing Water Trough, on Lajpat Road, near Masoom Shah Jo Pirr is yet another old monument meant for the welfare of the working or stray animals. Surprisingly it is instead being used as a source of water for human consumption. It was established in 1926. The stone monument has been unnecessarily plastered with cement.
