Government Pri-School Bagh Hayat Ali Shah, Sukkur

The Government Primary School Bagh Hayat Ali Shah in union council Shaheed Ganj, Shamsabad was built in 1915. It also houses Government Girls Primary School Shamsabad. The school administration has well preserved the old General Register (GR) of the school. The provincial government should pay attention towards computerization and archaeological preservation of this valuable record.

It is pertinent to mention here that until the early 20th century Sukkur town was famous for its lush green parks and fruit orchards around it. Two main parks viz; Bagh Karam Ali Shah and Bagh Hay at Ali Shah owned by Syed Ghulam Shah, an stalwart of Masoomi Sadats of the town, were more prominent because of their beauty.
