This is a 300-year old Hindu worship place. This temple inherits the long heritage of as many as eleven Gadisars, who led bachelor's life after taking over the charge of this religious Gadi. All the Gadisars were of Sufistic belief and were equally popular among Hindu or the Muslim population. Breaking the old tradition of remaining bachelor whole of the life as a ritual after being elevated as the Gadisar, the incumbent Gadisar Baba Ramdas, introduced a new trend and married recently. Following the marriage of incumbent Gadisar the three centuries old temple of Naushahro Feroze eventually lost the status of "Mandir of Udaseen" and became a "Grusti Gadi" (which means the Gadi ruled by a married Gadisar). Mr. Edan Das, a leader of Hindu Panchayat of the district and father of the incumbent Gadisar giving details of the new trend introduced by his son in complete contradiction to the centuries old tradition, claimed that the incumbent Gadisar did so with the advice of his predecessor Baba Tulsidas.
Two important fares are celebrated every year in the premises of this two-storied old temple: Shiva's and Guru Nanik's birthday, which are well attended by a great number of Yatris from within and outside of the country. The old building of this unique Hindu worship place was razed to the ground and a modern structure was erected and completed in 2005.
The significant feature of this famous Mandir is believed to be the heir of Shiva's linghum (a sacred stone used by the infertile women).
This Mandir is situated in the main Shahi Bazar of the city and provide three time food to all those who visit it.
