Historical grand mosque known as Jamia Masjid Ghotki was constructed in the days of Mian Noor Muhammad son of Mian Yaar Muhammad Abbasi Kalhoro in the year 1148 hijra; Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai, a World famous Sindhi poet along with his close friend Syed Moosa Shah also visited this mosque.
