The school of Depar (presently called Mansoorah College) is located in the north of Saeeelabad town, at a distance of about one and half kilometres away from Barocho Baagh railway line. The village where the school exist is called as Depar.
In, 1945, when Forced Education was started in taluka Hala, like other schools, this school was also founded irrespective of the fact that the performance of the school was sometimes fair and sometimes unfair, no doubt, like other schools of the vicinitv. In the month of March 1948, when Sayed Qadir Bux Shah (Qadan Sbah) joined as Head Master of this School, the whole picture of the school changed and the rapid progress became visible. Till March 1951 this school remained at the top, but as soon as it was upgraded as college its performance was by and large affected due to many reasons.
When the school was confronted with different problems and administrative difficulties, its founder Molvi Shafi Muhammad Nizamani rose up and took the responsibility of providing three time meal to the hoarders as well as the teachers. Initially, the food was used to he prepared at a house of a local villager, however, when it became the permanent need, then a separate kitchen block was also constructed in the premises of the school.
Making the standard and scope of the school more higher, the founder Molvi Shafi Muhammad Nizamani made few more additions in the school building were made in order to improvise the existing enrolment of the school. The new construction included: a separate teachers' living room, a small student's hostel, a kitchen block and a retiring room. The rooms were decorated with sheets of knitted date leaves (Tadaa).
The student's hostel was provided with one petromax lamp and seven lanterns and the fuel was used to be provided by Molvi Shafi Muhammad Nizamani. This helped students to continue their studies till late in the night in the presence of able teachers. In order to promote co-curricular activities on the campus, Molvi Sahib Shati Muhammad Nizamani also arranged a vast playground, where the students use to play in the evening time.
The present college building of Mansoorah wears deserted look. The museum connected to it, which houses precious artifacts has also been destroyed in the wake sheer negligence of the administration. The ceiling of the museum is leaky and during the rainy season, the whole museum usually become the pool of stagnant water. The library also faces the same fate. Besides this huge campus there is also a separate mosque for the students as well as the local villagers.
