Central Shia Imam Bargah, in Talibul Mola Colony is one of the oldest centres of worship, belonging to Shia school of thought. It was established in 1876. It has been completely reconstructed and old structures exists no more.
The Alam installed in the premises has the highest peak (about 60 feet) in the town. Locals claim that this Alam is highest ever established in the country.
Madarsah Abu Turab is also functioning in its premises since the time of its construction.
